Macon RBI Code of Conduct
At Macon RBI, we are building more than athletes—we are shaping young leaders through teamwork, discipline, and respect. Every player, parent, and coach plays a vital role in creating a positive environment where youth can grow, compete, and succeed both on and off the field.

Parent & Guardian Code of Conduct
As a parent or guardian of a Macon RBI participant, I agree to the following:
1. Keep the Game in Perspective
I understand that youth sports are for development, enjoyment, and growth.
I will not place undue pressure on my child to perform or win.
2. Promote a Positive Experience
I will encourage effort, learning, and teamwork.
I will support all players and help create a welcoming environment.
3. Respect Coaches and Volunteers
I will allow coaches to coach and will not interfere during games or practices.
I will communicate respectfully and address concerns at appropriate times.
4. Respect Officials and the Game
I will accept umpire decisions and game outcomes without confrontation.
I will model composure and sportsmanship at all times.
5. Demonstrate Appropriate Behavior
I will not engage in negative behavior such as yelling, taunting, or using inappropriate language.
I will ensure that my guests also follow these expectations.
6. Prioritize Player Safety and Well-Being
I will not encourage unsafe behavior or actions that could harm any participant.
I will notify coaches of any medical or physical concerns affecting my child.
7. Support a Healthy Environment
I will help maintain a family-friendly atmosphere free from drugs, alcohol, and tobacco at all events.
8. Encourage Respect and Inclusion
I will teach my child to treat others with respect regardless of background, ability, or experience.
9. Support Development Over Winning
I will value growth, effort, and skill development above game outcomes.
Player Code of Conduct
As a Macon RBI player, I agree to:
1. Show Respect
Treat coaches, teammates, opponents, and officials with respect. Listen, learn, and follow direction.
2. Practice Good Sportsmanship
Play fair and follow the rules.
Win with humility and lose with dignity.
3. Give My Best Effort
Come prepared and ready to participate.
Work hard and support my teammates.
4. Stay Positive and Responsible
Encourage others and be a good teammate.
Take responsibility for my actions and attitude.
5. Represent Macon RBI Well
Understand that I represent my team, family, and community at all times.
Conduct and Accountability
Macon RBI is committed to maintaining a respectful and safe environment. Failure to follow this Code of Conduct may result in a verbal warning or discussion, removal from a game or practice, temporary suspension, or removal from the program for repeated or serious violations.
Parents, guardians, and spectators may be asked to leave the facility if behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
