Chief Development Officer - The Methodist Home for Children and Youth
Diane Gilliam, Director on the Board of Macon RBI, brings over 20 years of nonprofit experience supporting youth and strengthening communities.
Throughout her career, she has remained committed to advancing missions that make a lasting and positive impact. She joined The Methodist Home in 2009 and has served as a member of the Development team since that time, playing an important role in supporting and expanding the organization’s outreach and fundraising efforts. Over the years, her leadership and experience have contributed to the continued growth and sustainability of the organization. Diane currently serves as the Chief Development Officer, where she is responsible for overseeing all fundraising and development activities of The Methodist Home. In this role, she works to build strong relationships, secure vital resources, and ensure the organization can continue serving those who depend on its programs.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Georgia College, providing a strong academic foundation for her work in community-focused initiatives and nonprofit leadership.
