Senior Vice President – Blue Bird Corporation Sales and Marketing
Tim Gordon is a Director on the Board of Macon RBI. He is Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Blue Bird Corporation, driving growth and strengthening customer relationships and the dealer network.
Since joining Blue Bird in 2016, Tim has helped advance the company’s leadership in zero- and low-emissions transportation, most recently serving as vice president of Sales and Marketing prior to his promotion in 2024. A highly respected veteran with more than 40 years in the transportation industry, Tim brings extensive experience across sales, marketing, and service operations.
Before Blue Bird, he led the parts and service sales team at Yancey Bus Sales and Service. Earlier in his career, he held key roles in product marketing, sales, and service management with Navistar, including its school bus division IC Bus, as well as with Freightliner Trucks. Tim’s deep industry expertise and leadership continue to support innovation and growth in student transportation.
